Frequently asked questions
Is it really free? Yes. The tool runs on Cloudflare's free tier — each diagnosis is a stateless fetch and some text parsing. There is no per-request cost and no paid infrastructure. Free is not a trial; there are no limits, accounts, or upsells.
What about a paid tier? There is no paid tier at this time. If the product ever adds server-side features — scheduled recurring checks, team accounts, shareable report links — those would be priced per-project or usage-based, not as a monthly subscription. A monthly fee would be wrong for a tool most people use 1–3 times per year.
Do you store the URLs I check? No. Each diagnosis is stateless — the API reads the URL, returns the result, and retains nothing. There are no server-side logs, no history database, and no way for us to see what URLs have been checked.
What limitations does the free tool have? Single-URL manual checks only. No bulk mode, no scheduled re-checks, no history, no shareable report links. The tool reads raw HTML from the server, not the rendered DOM, and cannot reach pages behind Cloudflare. These are architectural limitations, not artificial restrictions.
